most flax recipes are high fat because of the flax and don't stick. Have you tried parchment paper I can cook my flax chips on it just water and flax seed meal equal parts spread thin on it and they peel right of.
if you under cook your chips slightly they are flexible until cooled so you can drape them over an inverted bowl. I do that with cheese chips and when they cool I have low carb edible shells.
Add herbs and spices and you got flavored bowls to match the filling flavors YUM YUM
