Anyone know any receipes for a bread, muffins, cake....using pumpkin and flax?

I was thinking using Books' flaxbread recipe and just adding the pumpkin...but i'm thinking too wet??

    Any suggestions?

I used book's recipie the other day and left out the cream. I used about 1/2 cup of pumpkin and it turned out really good. I did have to bake it a bit longer.

I should have took notes...I am bad for doing this and never being able to remember what exactly it was that I did :anger

I use flax in my Mock Danish all the time. Just stir a tablespoon in. I often make them using pumpkin too. Anywhere between a 1/4 cup to a 1/3 cup and add some pumpkin pie spice. Really yummy.

I am NOT a flax fan ..however when I was trying to eat it I did take the flax pancake recipe and added 1/4 cup pumpkin puree to it along with some nutmeg and mace it was ok....if you like flax it is probably good..
