  • Lamb And Pork Fat

When I roast lamb or pork in the oven I save the fats and drippings in a cup in the fridge.

Can anyone please tell me how long this will keep?

    Re: Lamb And Pork Fat

I've never saved lamb fat, but I do save pork, chicken and bacon fat and cook with that occasionally. It lasts a long time in the frig..over a week. But check it from time to time to see if it is getting rancid.

I have found that if it is covered with clingfilm or in a lidded container it seems to last for months.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
