        Jen,

I buy the Wal-Mart Deluxe American Cheese. It tastes great and it is the real thing. Just look for the word "Deluxe" on the package.

Does anyone have a site for Kraft Cracker Cuts, I want to see if it has milk in it...grrr I forgot about the milk part and drank an atkins shake today with my lunch, to my amazement and anger I saw milk.

All cheese has some milk in it, so don't be very surprised if you see it among the ingredients. The Kraft Cracker Cuts Cheese is "legal" during Induction.
