Has anyone given these a shot? I've been doing really great my first 18 or so days of Induction, losing a 18.5 pounds, and I've been looking for ways to safely treat myself. Would the wrap be decent provided I keep good record of the ingrediants and my carbs for the day? Thanks a lot.

never treat yourself with food. that is giving power to food and we do not want that. break the habit and use something nonfood as a treat.by the book atkinseer
