Re: ALMOND FLOUR/MILL?
I think someone answered you already in the other thread you started.Originally posted by ztachickHello, I have a question, where can I get almond flour at? and also is almond flour and almond mill flour the same thing...? thanks so much.
but, You can get almond flour at health food stores or places like Whole Food Grocery if they are in your area. Or you can buy almonds and grind them yourself. Almond flour and Almond "Meal" are the same thing if that is what you are asking.

If you buy it at Trader Joes, make sure it's blanched almond flour (no skins). The slight bitterness from the skins will be detectable in subtle baked goods. My Trader Joes only has the unblanched stuff but maybe there are some out there with the blanched version.
Trader Joes has very cheap blanched slivered almonds as well. If you have a food processor, those can be processed into a flour.
