There was a program on food network just now that was showing how they make some of those. When they take out the fat, guess what it's replaced with? Potato starch.
It's amazing how many things that is in. It's even in packages of pre-shredded cheese to keep it from clumping. We need to buy cheese in blocks and shred it ourselves. And it's cheaper that way.
