    Hi all. Question about low-carb yogurt. If and when on Atkins are you allowed to eat it? I know not during induction (that's where I am) but just curious.

    Nutrition Facts
    80 Calories
    Total fat - 1.5g
    Cholest. - 5mg
    Sodium - 80mg
    Potassium - 90mg
    Total Carb - 4g
    Fiber - 1g
    Protein - 12g

    If you want me to list ingredients I can, (my co-worker ate one, I have her empty container)

      Yup, OWL rung 2--Dairy, only if it's the vanilla flavor. It it's the kind with raspberries, then technically you should save that for rung 4--Berries.
