Does anyone know how well cheesecake (made with Splenda of course) will freeze?

I have about 8 pieces left over from Thanksgiving and would like to cut into pieces and freeze to eat over the next couple of months.
I'm assuming the flavor will be retained, but will it become so crumbly that it won't be worth eating?
