I miss John Candy

but my meatballs had some primal inspiration today is all I can say

freshly ground mix of fatty and lean ground pork and angus beef ..ground together by this sweetheart of a butcher....

in no certain order I put the following

whole grain bread crumbs soaked in lots of heavy cream
9 cloves of garlic
a bunch of fresh Italian parsley chopped up
crushed red pepper
worchestershire sauce
lemon zest
eggs
kosher salt
fresh cracked pepper
2 packets of Sazon
oregano
basil
more crushed red pepper

I am forgetting stuff let me think about this ...oh oh I knew I should have written this down

Sounds like an awesome recipe, and quite changeable for leaving out the bread for Inductees, Lower Rungs folks. Thanks for sharing!

Like my mom says, sometimes the best recipe is one that you don't write down

I bet you could use one of those revolution rolls instead of bread maybe? they were like sawdust when I made them!!!

I haven't made those rolls...I have the recipe, but haven't tried them yet. Maybe this weekend with a busy schedule ahead of me. Hmmm....sometime to totally thing about. Thanks!
