    Hey! Try this site, http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html
Go to the recipes sections and under main dish I count about 37 different quiche dishes. The ones with the asterisk are induction friendly.

    Eat well!

Thank you Grant for the site. That really helped me. One more question if you dont mind... What do you snack on when your hungry? Im on my third day on Atkins and i must say that i am struggling a bit with snack ideas. Is Jalapeno poppers induction friendly??? Please let me know and again thank you for the feedback.

I like salty snacks personally, I missed most of all my potato chips, I looked for an alternative and the only thing I could find were pork rinds. I hesitated to try them because the idea has always disturbed me but I was really quite pleased. The best I've found are the ones from Wallmart.

I also keep a stock of hardboiled eggs on hand, those are very handy. I also have some 0 carb pepperoni sticks which are quite tasty.

Jalapeno poppers are just fine as long as you remember to limit your cheese intake to 3 ounces a day. For an extra treat try adding bacon =)

another good salty crispy snack is cheese crackers

Just put piles of grated cheese or cheese cubes on a microwave plate (an inch or so apart and nuke a minute at a time, watching so they dont burn.

They will melt, spread out and bubble till they go crisp.

You can add herbs or chopped peppers to the grated cheese piles if you want to liven them up.

Some people do theirs on parchment paper but I do mine on the glass turntable.

they keep for a few days in an airtight container so are good for travelling snacks.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

They are wonderful, but they don't work with all cheeses, some just don't go crispy enough. I find the older cheddars to be best. I also do mine on parchment paper which makes them easy to remove. I think they may also be on lindas site!

I like pepperoni and cheese....put them in a glass dish and in the microwave for a min and a half. Nice and gooey, like a pizza topping!

If you've got lots of eggs, you can make omelettes, I love ham, cheese and tomato in mine.
