I just had the most scrumptous roasted cauliflower from Whole Foods-does anyone have their cookbook by chance!? I just have to know how to make it--Nurselady it has loads of curry powder on it --you would love it!

I had a post in the Atkins Diet Section that went through roasting techniques and times for different veggies about 4 months ago....I'll try to find it (hopefully it's still around.)

Yea, actually I have that printed out at home I think---the thing about this one I ate today was the spice combination! I haven't done much cooking with curry spices so I can't figure this one out like with most dishes, I can usually pretty much recreate anything I taste but this one has me stumped! Man, I wish I had gotten more of it now, I only got a couple of pieces to try --darn it!

I'll look through my books over the weekend and see if I have any other recipes. Usually if I want to figure out a recipe, I find a bunch and figure out what they have in common and try it out.

                Roasted cauliflower is super simple:

Cut a head of 'flower into roughly 1/4 inch slices, lightly coat in EVOO, spice as you like it,and place in a single layer in the oven at 375 or so until nicely browned and candy-like.

15 months and Counting! (Dec Update)
