When you are in the store look at the 8 ounce blocks of cheese, 1/2 of that is 4 ounces--when I first started Atkins I would buy those 8 ounce bricks and cut them in 1/2--that was 1 days cheese!

            Why thank you mam'!

Why do things taste bland? Are you using all the yummy things like blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing, italian, mayo, mustard, hot sauces--spice your foods up a little! Spices are pretty low carb and it takes so little of most of them!

I made a roast beef and burned it.I rubbed it with oil and spices.I cooked it at 250 degrees for 10 hours. It was beef chuck cross rib.I think you need a brisket now,but I didnt know that when I made it.And thats for the tip on mustard :wave

Chuck roasts are usually good slow cooked---but not to the point of burning!

Add spices and herbs to your cooking. They do have carbs, so you'll have to count them, but it beats having to eat unflavorful food.
