    My Pepper Mill Broke

    That's it. It just makes me sad. I've got to get a new one.

          too bad it wsn't before xmas, santa could have brought you one!

          I can't live w/o mine, I have a 1 handed one that you squeeze rather than turn, I just love it!

          One thing that amazes me is the price of peppermills, there's always so darned expensive!

            Funny you should say that... mine broke the other day too, and I'm still using my pestle and mortar!!

              Have you seen those disposable ones? They look a lot like those cheap salt and pepper shakers in every grocery store but have whole pepper and salt crystals and a built in grinder.

                I've heard that Pugeot, or however you spell it, is the best one to get. In fact, I looked at them yesterday. I have purchased about 100 of 'em and hate them all so far!

                  Good idea! I've seen these at restaurants too. If I don't feel like splurging on a real one, I might pick up one of these.

                    My bf and I are looking for a peppermill...right now we have one of those disposable ones until we can find one that is stylish AND functional! And not overly huge...some of those look like table legs...

                      The ones that look like a table leg are the best! I always thought it would be funny to have friends over for a casual dinner, i.e. BBQ or finger foods or something, and bring out the HUGE peppermill and offer people fresh cracked pepper over their meal.

                            They have them at the Dollar Tree for $1
