I made some red curry again for dinner... my husband was dying for some more since I made the batch the other night. I made it spicier tonight and added a ton more veggies. It was amazing. I can't believe how healthy it is! I keep feeling like I'm getting away with something... and finally a way to get him to eat his veggies...

this is so exciting to me ..that recipe is to die for I swear!!! if you have not tried it and want something easy and amazing ...well Thai curry red yellow green the thread it is all there!!!
