    My dog thought I was angry with her that was the only bad part ..

            Not going to try this tip! I just love peeling garlic, even if it involves a lot of time.

                hey Maggie not a big deal I love chopping and peeling things as well ..it is all therapy to me ..this is just a new way to do it!!! and it is fun!

                                    You only have four naked heads of garlic?!? ROFL!!!! I guess I overdid it then. DH & I did 10 heads, which should last us about a week. They're naked and beautiful!!!!

                                                        I have to try this!

                                                        To peel an onion faster:
                                                        Cut both ends off, cut into quarters, peel each quarter with the tip of your knife. It isn't fancy, but I find it alot easier than trying to do the whole at once. If you're only using half, only cut into halves, etc.
