I'm converting a recipe for chocolate cheesecake and instead of using semisweet chocolate, I'm using unsweetened and sweetening it myself while it melts.
Any idea how much Splenda I should use for 8oz unsweetened chocolate? I'm just trying to get a general idea of an amount to start with so I don't have to taste test too much as I go.
