  • Costco Rotisserie Chicken

Just wondering if anybody knows what they roast this puppy with? I really like the chicken and wondering if I can eat a moderate or big amount of it while on induction.

It has no nutritional information on it, but the Safeway rotisserie chicken did and shows 0g carbs. I do eat the skin

    Any ideas?

Does it list any ingredients? If it lists no added sugars or starches it should be OK.

To be absolutely sure you need to email or phone them and ask - if you had a food allergy they would understand and realise it is in their best interests to supply the info!

As to amounts - as long as you stick to the 'eat till satisfied but not stuffed' rule and dont clear your plate because it still has food on it even though you are not hungry you will be following the plan as written
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I'm thinking that I've looked at their chicken several times, but have passed it up because of sugar listed in the ingredients. It may be dextrose, maltodextrin, high fructose corn syrup, or others, but it's still sugar. Check the label again.
