  • Bake Mixes?

I keep reading recipes with MiniCarb Bake Mix in them but they are out of business... any solutions? alternatives?

    Re: Bake Mixes?

I don't know if you can have this yet, but I know that you can make mixes using protein Isolate, soy flour or both. I use Carbquik, but I am also on Maint phase.

I think all in all it really depends on what you plan on using it for to be able to give you substitutes. Like making revolution rolls for bread, or flax seed, parmesan cheese for breading or cheese for pizza crust on Linda's site. I personally don't really care for the taste of soy, but protein Isolate wasn't too bad when you are wanting some things like doughnuts LOLOL there some really good ideas on here, id do a search for the product you plan to make and see what pops up.

Here are some examples of home made bake mixes. Make sure they are on your acceptable food lists.
