    I was thinking of combining a couple of ideas. There was a post with somebody who fluffed some egg whites, and baked those to make a 'bread', and then put some walden farms syrup on them. Then I was looking at the pizza one below which seems to make more of a pie out of it by fluffing the eggs, and then pouring cheese and ham and salami into it .. but that would make more of a meat pie type of mixture.

    I was thinking of fluffing some egg whites, putting them in a circular pan and baking them until they harden. Then letting it cool a little bit, coat the top with some olive oil, and some garlic and basil, and then putting some toppings on it such as cheese and artichoke and maybe some mushrooms? Then throwing it into the oven on broil for a little bit to melt everything and brown it?

    It is delicious! A lot of members here swear by it...and it's induction friendly. Just watch your cheese allowances for the day.

      I just don't know about 'pizza sauce' .. most pizza sauces I know of have sugar in them.

        esac, I think your idea sounds really yummy. I do use the fluffed egg white as a "bread" or a "pancake". I've always meant to make it and use as a pizza "crust" but I haven't yet. Go for it and then come back and report how it tasted.
