Oh man, Higgies! That looks yummy!

For myself and my BF, I'm cooking up this:

    http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/re...s/views/105681

It's my favorite Atkin's safe recipe. We cook the London Broil in the George Foreman.

YUMMY! Perfect for a snowed in V-Day!

    Have a good one all!
    Best Wishes!

Well I guess we're slumming it...we're just making taco salad. BUT, our anniversary is next month, and we're saving our special dinner until March.

Nothing special here - meatload and mashed cauliflower.

And then I go and it all up!!! Argh!!!! I microwaved the spinach to thaw it. I forgot to drain it before I added the boursin! It was warm, soggy, and I just went ahead and threw that $7.99 block of cheese right into it and mixed. Oops!! Now I have Boursin-flavored Spinach and water stuffed into chicken breast... *cry* I'll let you know how bad it turns out.

Can you throw it on a paper towel to soak up the water? Or maybe 10 paper towels.

it wouldn't help...the boursin immeidately turned into a watery liquid. It's in the oven now...smells good actually, but I'm not expecting much for the taste...

Update...it might turn out OK. Not as good as it should be, but it seems to have gotten a little thicker as the water cooked away.

My husband is a city snow plow driver and we got some snow last night so I knew he was working a long crappy day. So I went out at lunch and bought a prime rib roast that was on sale...made him that and mashed potatoes with gray, and caesar salad for both of us. It turned out awesome.

And my dog got a valentines day rib bone

We had grilled T-bone steak and roasted asparagus with Stella's NY Ricotta cheesecake for dessert.
