Hi, I was expermenting in the kitchen this week and came up with a cheese sauce by melting cheese into heavy cream. It tasted just like the kind I used to make using a white sauce.
My next question is, Does anyone have a good Queso recipe or one I can modify using the above? That seems to be my biggest weekness that makes me fall off the wagon every time.
