    Ok, so i have been seing alot of recipes that call for flaxmeal. What is it?? Where can i buy it ?? and is it ok to eat on induction???

    Flaxmeal is ground flax seed. You can buy it at health food stores and some major grocery stores. you are allowed up to 2 tablespoons a day on induction.

      Its the seed of the flax plant. Flax is what is used to make the cloth linen.

      You can purchase it in the natural foods section of most grocery stores.

      There is a limit to it during Induction.
