                dream: I'm pretty sure it's Asadero cheese. Cacique brand has some.

                I take back what I said about Havarti: it's not a bleck as I thought. Melted, it's okay.

                        I love very sharp cheddar, gorgonzola and parano (a Dutch gouda that tastes like parmigiano).

                                One of my favorites is aged provolone (not smoked) which I think tastes a lot like parmesan reggiano but is cheaper.

                                        You can never go wrong with Mozarella - but for more flavor, I love those bags with 3 or 5 cheeses, or I love Munster cheese!!
