I also have looked for dressings. As long as it's 2 carbs or less per serving it should be ok. I love Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing - 1 carb. I just bought some Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch - 2 carbs. When I shop now I look at ingredients. Everything I look at has some sort of sugar in it. It's amazing.

      Re: Salad Dressings

It's just hard b/c DANDR says no sugars listed so it is SOOOO difficult! My SIL told me she like mayo on her sald sometimes but I have either tuna or egg salad for lunch fo I get sick of mayo

There are salad dressing recipes at Linda's.

I honestly just use the full fat dressings(even if sugar is listed) as long as the carb count is low per oz.

Me too, Maggie. I've gotten hooked on the Marzetti's Bistro Bleu Cheese. I bought a buffalo bleu cheese too. Can't wait to try that one with chicken wings.

The salad dressing rule is less than 2 grams sugar per serving and no added sugar.

Italian Dressing is simply a viniagrette with herbs added to it. You can make vats of your own for alot cheaper.
