Vanilla extract or imitation ??

I was wondering, I have a few recipes I wanna try out but I see some call for vanilla but is it extract or imitation vanilla extract??

Also, is it induction legal??? I don't remember seeing that it was allowed..if not when is it??

I just don't wanna mess myself up.

I think either one have alcohol in it....so I'd say no, but I am not 100%. Someone else might save ya here!

okay. DS 2nd birthday is Saturday and I canno have any cake so I was thinking of making these cheesecake muffins that I saw on here (thanks Rouge ) instead so that I have a nice alternative.

Go for the real stuff - it's just better. Vanilla has .3 grams of carbs per teaspoon according to Atkins' Carb Counter.
