What do you cook your eggs in?

Hi, I'm going to restart this week. I love eggs. I normally cook them in olive oil. I wanted to know if anyone uses butter? Thanks!

Butter or Olive Oil personally.

But I also like them poached, so just boil them in water occasionally too.

I only use butter. My husband uses olive oil, but I don't like the texture of them cooked in olive oil.

I microwave mine, using a little water, alot of people use milk for their scrambled eggs but I never did. Milk scortches too easily.

A great way to cook eggs is in a thin slice of ham inside a muffin tin, and bake till the yoke looks cooked....yumm!!

I made some bacon yesterday and after the bacon was done, I turned the heat way down and I cooked my eggs in that pan. They were all brown and spotty and looked ugly, although they did taste good. My husband wouldn't eat them because they were so ugly looking.

I use either Pam cooking spray or Breakstones salted butter. Sometimes I scramble my eggs with tofu, shrimp, spinach and/or cheese.
