    Just curious what you guys think of Pam orignal cooking spray? Does anyone use it? It contains 0 calories, 0 Fat/Trans Fat, 0 Carbs, 0 Sodium, 0 Cholesterol, 0 Protein. The ingredients list as Cannola Oil, Grain Alchol, Soy Lecithin, Propellant.

    i use it. no problems.

      I use it too, but I have been thinking about getting a spray bottle, so I can spritz pans with olive oil. I have to think that would be better for you than all the chemicals and stuff in pam.
