I just finished my shopping trip for Christmas eve. I will be cooking for 6 people. (1 Atkineer(me) 1 diabetic, and 4 "regulars"). This is what I came up with. Comments and/or suggestions appreciated.
Cold Appetizers-
Brushetta w/garlic toast crisps
Shrimp cocktail
Fresh mozzerella w/tomatoes and basil
platter of cheeses and pepperoni
chips and dips (some low carb, others not)
Hot Foods:
Low carb sausage casserole
pork ribs and mini hot dogs in carb free bbq sauce(crock pot)
Buffalo chicken wings
Stuffed clams
sugar free and regular cookies and lo carb pumpkin pie
