I like to make ranch dressing from the envelopes of powder from hidden valley ranch, but it calls for a cup of milk and a cup of mayo. I know we are not supposed to have any milk during induction so I wondered if anyone has any suggestions. Also I love the Creamy Southwestern Taco Soup from Linda's Low carb menu's & recipes, but does anyone know if it is okay to freeze it. I would love to make a really big pot and freeze in individual containers for grab and go meals. I love to have this dish for breakfast since I am so over eggs!!
