I have it.
It's not bad. It's divided into everyday recipes, holiday recipes, etc. These broad sections are broken down further into breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. There aren't alot of frankingredients used either. It has that box thingy for each recipe to indicate if it's appropriate for which stage----eye opening really because it helped me figure out why Atkins Nutritionals sometimes lists foods as phase 1 appropriate when it has an Induction illegal ingredient.
The recipes look doable and the ingredients are pretty commonplace. Nie glossy color photos of select recipes too.~Megs~

SO would you recommend her cooking is what i want to know?
well why are they? is it that insignificant amount rational?
DOn't froget she was cooking for Dr Atkins back in the early days of the phases and when rule 5 said you could use a carb counter to make your own 20 gram menu so anything other then sugar and refined carbs went back then on induction.by the book atkinseer

Would I recommend her book?
Yes, I would. It's not as recipe-packed as the Dana Carpender books, but they include some simple recipes that look tasty. And as I said, there's not a whole lot of frankingredients so the ingredients aren't too difficult to find in a regular supermarket.
As for the phases figuring....
Recipes that have 5 or less net carbs per serving is okay for Induction. If the recipe should have, say carrots, it's still "okay" because the amount of carrot is so small it doesn't affect the overall net carb count. (That's kind of a cop out if you ask me and contrary to what Dr. Atkins wrote.) Recipes that have 7-10 net carbs per serving are okay for OWL and so forth.
The book is also co-written by some Atkins Nutritionals, Inc folks, so I'm pretty sure they've edited the book in some form or the other.~Megs~
