    Southern Fried Chicken

    We made George Stella's recipe for low carb southern fried chicken and it was pretty good!

    I have pictures from tonight on my foodblog if anyone is interested!

      i've been looking all over for a recipe like this. Looks great, once I find soy flour I'm making this.
