    So I picked up a tin of this the other day and a little goes a looooooong way.
    I mixed in a bit of salt, pepper, cajun spice and garlic powder but the crumbs do have a flavour of their own and I'm not sure I like it.

    Anyone use these, and how do you use them?

    I use them as a breading for chicken breasts, pork chops, etc. Dip them in egg first, then the crumbs, then fry in oil. I buy the KETO Italian style flavor. Pretty good when you want that breaded-fried flavor/texture.

      I almost got some today....I guess I will see what others have to say before I go ahead a buy them. I also 'bread' stuff with mini carb bake mix. Thats not so bad if you season it up first.

        I almost bought the italian keto crumbs but I bought the plain. There is a 'taste' to them though, and I hope I can get used to it and find a way to spice it up so that we enjoy it.

          Try adding some salt, pepper, oregano, grated cheese, parsley, etc. I also use them as a filler for meatballs and burgers.

            I bought a can a year ago, they are still in the cupboard, I did not care for them at all, taste like sand to me. :no I'll stick with parmesean cheese and or pork rinds for breading, much tastier!
