    Mushrooms done in pure coconut oil

    Hi, can anyone tell me if I would be allowed to have Normal Mushrooms done in coconut oil for my breakfast along with an egg or two?

    never heard of coconut oil!! but most oils are okay, does it have any nutritional info on it?

      I read somewhere that coconut oil is really good for low carbers. I don't remember the details but I fry a lot of stuff in coconut oil. It does have a pretty good coconut taste so it could make some things taste a little weird But mushrooms are just fine in coconut oil. Enjoy!!
