    If something says use 1pint of Sour Cream...how much would that be in ounces?

          Thanks.. I don't know why the recipe couldn't have said Ounces..it would have made my life easier.. Good thing I bought a BIG Sour Cream container..lol

            It depends....There are very few things where the fluid ounces is equal to the dry weigh ounces. 1 pint is typically 2 cups or 16 fluid ounces.
