    Atkins Friendly Cereal?

    Anyone know of any Atkins friendly natural good tasting cereals?

      It depends on what phase of Atkins you are on.

      Some whole grain "regular" cereals are perfectly legal for Pre-Maintenance and Maintenance phases.
