    Best Low Carb BBQ sauce

    I am a huge bbq person. I can hardly go with out it. Today is day 23 for me , and I have not had any yet. I am craving some smoked ribs with a low carb bbq sauce . What is the best you guys have had and where can I find it. thanks.

    Hi will. I've been wondering the same thing. Coming from Texas, you can imagine how much I miss everything with BBQ on it. Hope someone responds.

      well, personally i haven't found any bbq sauce, but lawry's make a great marinade and it has 1 carb per 1 or 2 tbsp. it is wonderful on all types of meat and it has kinda gotten rid of my craving for bbq sauce. well that's all that i know!
      So....I fell off the band wagon...BUT I'M BACK!!! More Ready than ever!

          I haven't tried it but on Netrition's website this brand claims to be a zero carb bbq sauce.

            this is what I use. it makes a TON. it is Incredible. I use it allthe time. it makes a vinegary spicy sauce thats out of this world. (use lowcarb ketchup, not the regular stuff). This is From the shack BBQ in arkansas

            SHACK Barbeque Sauce
            Wet Stuff:
            Mix: 3 - 24 ounce plastic bottles of ketchup

            Fill these with hot water,
            rinse and dump ALL into bowl.


            Pour in plain vinegar.
            recipe recommends just less than a quart

            Put "wet stuff' in LARGE pan, heat on "high"
            should be about to boil when add 'dry stuff'. Dry Stuff:
            1 - 4 ounce can of chili powder
            1 - 4 ounce can of black pepper
            1 - 4 ounce can of garlic salt (not powder)
            1/2 - cup SPLENDA (more or less - to taste)
            1 - small Tabasco (1oz to 4oz - to taste)
            1 - small yellow mustard (apple size jar)
            Stir well Add dry mix to pan on stove
            mix well while bringing to boil
            immediately drop heat to 'simmer' = 30 min.
            (stir fairly often to avoid sticking)

            Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
            spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


            I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

              Britt....thanks for the great website! It has lots of low carb goodies in addition to the bbq sauce. I love that it lists the ingredients so you know before you buy!

                  I keep this in the house. Can't say its the best I have ever had but it doable.

                  3 Net Carbs per serving for Kraft CarbWell BBQ Sauce.
