I was having trouble finding Flax Meal, too, because I was looking in the organic and health food sections of my stores. Went shopping yesterday and found it at both Wal-Mart and Kroger in the baking aisles. It was Hodgson's Mill brand and was only $1.68 or so for the box. At Wal-Mart it was right next to the cornstarch, and at Kroger it was next to the muffin mixes. I guess if the stockers aren't sure what it is, they just stick it anywhere!
