I just had a yummy dinner: 2 plain Trader Joe's Salmon Burgers (not the stuffed kind) topped with a little cheese, plus my salad. Thing is, I tossed the wrapper for the burgers weeks ago when I had stopped journaling, and now I can't enter the info into FitDay! Can anyone help and provide the calorie, fat, carb and fiber info? I know they must be less than 2 carbs per burger or else I wouldn't have bought them!
