Ideas for DaVinci Syrups?

I've seen several mentions of these syrups and finally got some today. I got caramel, Kahlua, and vanilla. I'd love some ideas on how to use them other than french toast/pancakes.

They're really made for flavoring coffee drinks.

I suppose you can use the Kahlua to fake a Kahlua and Cream. And I know that they are often used in recipes, but I find extracts to be more effective in recipes because you can control the sweetness and the strength of the flavor better.

For anyone inthe future doing a search for Davinci like I did, I found they were really good in the muffin in a minute recipe in place of Splenda. Also a little too good in low carb cheesecake.
