pace salsa has 2 carbs per 2 tablespoons, and sugar is not in the ingredients, is it okay for induction?? taco salad is my favorite and you have to have salsa on that!

I make taco salad all the time. I mix the pace salsa with sour cream and its the best! -

Just in case I make my own salsa... I use a food processor..
Cilantro
Garlic
Fresh Tomatoes
onion
peppers ( various types)
salt & pepper
lime juice
vinegar
