    Re: Hey.....

I second the revolution rolls!! they're excellent..they actually amaze me that there is no bread in them. I find it easies to make them in a muffin pan to keep their shape.

            Re: Hey.....

I tried the revolution rolls, and I thought they were ok but kind of custardy.

I really like the flax muffins for use as a sandwich "bread" (and they're easier to make than the rev. rolls).

Here's the flax muffin link: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=42449

(I make them without the splenda and use onion powder instead of the dry onion.)

                Re: Hey.....

You should find Cream of Tartar in the baking section of most supermarkets, alongside the baking powder etc.

apparently it is also good for getting rust stains out of clothing too!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Thats what it says but how do you know for sure?

I did try the flax meal muffins....I wouldn't want them every day but they were pretty good....I may just need to get used to them a little more.
I'm going to experiment by replacing the onion with more splenda and adding cranberries or blueberries
