    Carb Sense Apple Cinnamon Muffins

    Bought the box of Carb Sense apple cinnamon muffins from Wal-mart last weekend for $1 per box.

    It called for 2 eggs, oil and water. It makes 12 muffins at 3 net Grams per serving.

    Was tasty to say the least with a cup of decaf with a little heavy cream added.

      I posted before I read your message!! I was bragging about the Biscuit and Baking Mix I found there yesterday for 1.00!! Can't believe it! My mother in law bought the apple cinn. muffins there a week ago and said they were great. She brought me 2 but I had to freeze them..induction again! I won't be trying my mixes for a while. Enjoy!

          I buy the Carb Sense Chocolate hot cereal (yup $1.00 Walmart) I follow the recipe for the muffins on their web site. THey are like eating brownies
