    Low carb BBQ sauce?

    I have been looking at the stores for low carb bbq sauce but no luck yet
    Anyone know where to get some or a good recipe with a carb count?

    Roxy I found Kraft "carb well" BBQ sauce at walmart. 3 grams of carbs for 2 tbsp.

      I also buy the carbwell from Kraft and keep it in the fridge as I don't really use it very often and has a long shelf life. If you would like to make your own then I highly recommend making Linda's smoky bbq sauce. It is fantastic!
