Do you mean you don't like to eat eggs on their own (scrambled, fried, boiled, etc.) or you don't eat eggs period? There is a difference because you could have some awesome quiches, bakes, frittatas, etc. for breakfast and never really feel like you're having eggs.
The last couple days I cooked a turkey burger and wrapped in it lettuce leaves like a burrito. Easy and fast when I've had such hectic mornings lately.
I eat leftovers too, when I don't feel like eggs or my homemade muesli (maintenance). Leftover meat is great!

This morning I had a burger patty with cheese and some fresh tomato from my garden. I also had a small scoop of cottage cheese, but I know thats not an induction legal food. Im going to have to try the cream cheese muffins.
Sometimes if I am tired of eggs, I will just have some pepperoni and cheese (heated in the microwave till crisp) or bacon.
Do you like egg whites? I find I like those better- esp. if I add a lot of hot sauce or make a flat omelet and fill it with cream cheese and scallions/chives- it satisfies that "bagel w cc" craving! You could even add some lox.
Sometimes I will put a little mayo on a big Romaine leaf, then bacon and cheese and have a BLC sandwich. If you get the already cooked bacon it's even faster, but I don't really like the taste of it as much as the "fresh-fried" kind.
my latest breakfast fixation is on chocolate muffins. not induction legal, but they're so good. I got the recipe from here originally, but modified it.
in a mug, combine:
*2 tsp xylitol
1 tbsp cocoa
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
then add
1 egg
4 tbsp heavy cream
*5 drops plain or chocolate flavoured stevia
mix well, microwave for 90 seconds. I throw a tablespoon of coconut oil on top, which improves the texture once the muffin absorbs it, but also it's a really beneficial supplement, so score x 2.
* = can be substituted with the sweetner of your choice. I try to limit artificial, chemical sweetners.
