Yellow Squash?

I was wondering if anyone knew the net carbs for yellow squash? I can't find it anywhere. Is there another name for it (I've always called it yellow squash)?

Also, whenever I look up the carbs in any squash it only shows the amount for raw or boiled. I steam mine, which number should I go by?

Have you looked under summer squash. I think that is the real name.

I looked up summer squash and there are a few varieties. Thanks to Google Images I've figured out that yellow squash is actually called "summer crookneck".

i love it! i always just use summer squash numbers....good to know it's crookneck,lol! duh huh?
