This is a duplicate post, but I wonder if anyone has ever prepared morels and how do you suggest I make them? I'm trying them for the first time. I purchased 3/4 oz. of dried morels. I need your ideas please
Re-hydrate them by soaking in water. Then really rinse them well because the morels are a bit wrinkly and the wrinkles might contain sand/dirt. You can then use them as you would any other mushroom.
