Tried this today thought it tasted good.
I took a 1 tsbp of butter in a saute pan, added a cup of sliced mushrooms, 8 oz of uncooked bay scallops and sprinkled on some crushed red pepper. I sauted for about 5 minutes (medium/high), then added two pieces of bacon (chopped up). Sauted for another minute and then sprinkled about a tbsp of Parmesan cheese.
Total carbs is 2.15 for the mushrooms and parmesan cheese 5.2 for the scallops for a total of 7.35g Carbs
Just thought I would share, in the past I have gotten in the rut of just eating the same thing for convenience sake, but this time I am trying to venture out more.
