Low Carb BBQ??

OK so i found linda's website for low carb ideas and she has things made with low carb bbq that are ok for induction, but i cant find low carb bbq at any stores. Does anyone know where i can find it?

sorry cant' help you with US brands, but sometimes i make my own.

start with a low carb ketchup base and add

garlic, pepper, diced sauteed onions or onion powder, worcestershire sauce or a bit of malt vinegar or a bit of soy sauce, salt/pepper

depending on what kind of sauce i want i also add one/some of the following

dijon mustard, hot sauce/tabasco, chipotles or chipotle sauce, s/f maple syrup, liquid smoke or smokhouse seasonings, splenda etc.

I just wing it really, and keep adding a bit of each thing into the l/c ketchup until i get the taste i like.

linda also had a bbq recip on her site as well..i guess you didn't see this. this recipe would work without the liquid smoke if you don't have any.
