I still do not get what is danish about these rubbery little things!!!....I can not figure out the draw!!!

The flavor. It tastes similar to a cheese danish.

Personally, I like making a "blintz" instead---and being on OWL, I like to add berries to my "blintzes" :yummy

To me it tastes like scrambled eggs and sweet cream cheese... which is exactly what it is.
